Welcome! Women Empowering Women (WEW)-Diamonds in the Rough is a non-profit organization, with 501C 3 status, established in the heart of Richmond, Virginia. WEW has aided the less fortunate and helped empower women through empowerment sessions, community services, and social activities.
A diamond in the rough is a woman having exceptional qualities and potential that exists just beneath the surface. Looking at them you might never realize the dazzling beauty t;hat lies within the stone. The potential for greatness already exists within each of us.
The purpose of Women Empowering Women-Diamonds In The Rough is to support and care for the community and empower women to live life to their fullest potential.
